Deletion of your Promogo account and data
In accordance with Google Play privacy policies, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your Promogo account and all associated data (your profile, your ads, your messages).
How to proceed?
- 1Send an email to: contact@promogo.com
- 2Set the email subject to: "Account deletion request"
- 3Be sure to specify the phone number linked to your account in the email body so that we can identify you.

Upon receipt of your request, our team will proceed with the permanent and irreversible deletion of your data within a maximum of 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
