Data collected
When you fill in a form: name, email, phone, organisation, job title, country, the content of your request and any attachments. We also record the originating page, campaign parameters (UTM) and a non-reversible hash of your IP address to prevent abuse.
Purposes
Answering your request, following it up commercially, organising your forum participation, handling sourcing requests and, only if you agreed, sending you our news.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when submitting the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients
Authorised PROMOGO GHANA LTD and PROMOGO BENIN staff, and our technical providers (hosting, e-mail delivery, bot protection). Your data is not sold.
Retention
Three years after the last contact for prospects; the length of the contract plus legal periods for customers. Sourcing attachments are kept for the life of the file.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@promogo.tech. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country (Data Protection Commission in Ghana, APDP in Benin).
Security
Role-based access, audit log of admin actions, files stored outside the public space, encrypted connections.
